How do I place an order?



To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout. When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items in your shopping cart. Click "REMOVE ITEM" if you want to remove any products in your cart. Click "CHECKOUT" when you're ready to purchase your order..​

Payment and Shipping



Depending on the product(s) you purchase and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and the products you buy. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) ETor your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We work hard to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience. That means we safeguard the integrity of our customers’ credit card information.

 

Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships.  We do not store your credit card information.

Returns & refunds

 

Returns will only be accepted within 30-days of purchase. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging with all tags included. You are responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for returned products. Please use caution; shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be your responsibility. We recommend using a reliable parcel or freight carrier who is capable of providing tracking information and proof of delivery. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
